You all have been waiting patiently (at least I’d like to think so) for my 1000th post. So here it is. The “write a message to everyone on your friends list and don’t tell anyone which message is theirs” meme. You may be saying to yourself “She’s doing a meme for her 1000th post?” Well, it’s a meme that is taking me forever, since there are so many of you. I tried limiting it a bit- I’m doing my “friend of” list, which is slightly shorter, and anyone who has more than 1 lj is only getting one message. Still this is taking forever.

And hey, there’s something for everyone. A little reward for putting up with however many of these 1000 posts you’ve read (no one can see them all but me, though…)

(And by the way, I had to go back and look at everyone's LJs to write this. I learned a lot. You all are a cool bunch of people.)

Guess all you’d like. I’m probably not answering. Some are obvious. Many are not.

1.You are an amazing person, and an amazing cook, and are my savior many times over.

2. Good luck with the whole shidduch thing. It’ll work out.

3.You need to believe in yourself more. And we need to hang out again soon, and go Monge-stalking.

4. Do you actually disagree with everything I do religiously or do you just like to antagonize me? I do love you, though.

5. I haven’t seen you in forever. I miss you. Come visit me.

6. In 3 words you taught me so much.

7. Don’t stress out on finding a place. I’ve learned in my years of college that apartments come when you least expect it. God will provide.

8.You and I don’t agree on a lot of things…most things…but yet you helped me a lot when I was at my lowest. Thank you.

9. Are you happy? I’m doing your meme. And it took days. :-p

10. Welcome (albeit belated) to the LJ world. I’m glad someone finally convinced you to join our addicting cult.

11. I’m really surprised we haven’t met in person yet, considering how close we are and how our paths somewhat intersect.

12. You piss a lot of people off. But it’s amusing.

13. I’m glad you’ve finally figured yourself out.

14. You’re doing such awesome things with your life. I envy you.

15. I envy you in your idealism. I’m interested in hearing more as your spiritual journey unfolds.

16. Come back to Penn!!!

17. You’re much nicer than you think you are. Don’t underestimate yourself.

18.I know life is tough for you right now, but trust me, things will get better. Just gather all your strength and pull yourself out from this mess as fast as you can.

19. College is going to be an adventure. Go back and read all my old entries and learn from my mistakes. Maybe there’s some hidden wisdom in there somewhere.

20. Start posting to LJ again!

21. Feel better!

22. Don’t let your parents get to you. Love yourself and everything will be ok.

23. I’m really sad that I never got the chance to meet you this summer. Maybe next year I can make the trip.

24. You’re very useful. I probably don’t thank you enough.

25. I look up to you for many reasons. You stand up for what you believe in. You go out on adventures of all types, and are saving the world. I guess I’m kind of following in your footsteps in some regards. Thanks for cutting a path for me.

26. I’ve kind-of lost touch with you except for LJ land. But you update a lot, so it feels like I’m still involved with your life, if only peripherally.

27. I can never understand why you find me so inspiring. Really, you know where I stand religiously and emunahly. It just makes no sense…

28. People asked me last week if I knew you, and I was amused, since we’ve done the same digs and know a lot of the same people and you went to school where I live, and yet we’ve never met...

29. You’re a religious role-model for me.

30. You’re also a religious role-model for me. But for different reasons.

31. Another person who I am glad to have met this summer. I wish we could have hung out more than just that one time. But my guess is that we’ll cross paths again.

32.I’ve only met you briefly IRL, but you’re really amusing.

33. Things are so much less inappropriate when you’re not here.

34. Your knitting projects are so impressive!

35. Someday you’ll find the woman who you deserve to be with. And she will be wonderful and you’ll both be very happy together.

36. Want to stage a huge fight in central park and see if we get on overheadinnewyork?

37. We have to hang out when you get back here.

38. Penn and CJC won’t be the same without you.

39. You’re one of the coolest people I know, and your posts are always amusing to read. I’m glad I got to know you this summer. (And I thumped your mom last night but don’t worry it was with an atlas…)

40. Do you know who I am? I’m The Juggernaut, bitch!

41. Thanks for putting me up (and putting up with me)

42. Sometimes I can get fed up with you when you think you know better than everybody else. But yet you usually do know a lot, and have been a good friend to me.

43. Good luck with the aliyahness.

44. Another person who I don’t know so well but think are really nice…

45. Will you be at the next JitW?

46. I miss your cats!

47. Even though technically we’ve only met once, I feel like I know you a lot better than that. Which I think is a good thing.

48. Remember when we stayed up really late at that institute (or was it EBW) writing songs about incest and Harrison Kessler? Best night ever.

49.I think a lot of that confidence you throw around is just for show. Deep down inside you’re a nice guy.

50. I really don’t know you at all. I hope you’re enjoying reading my LJ.

51. It seems like your whole life is at a cross-roads right now. Best of luck with everything.

52. It’s good to know I share my name with another firefly fan.

53. You, out of everyone on my friends list, have probably gone through the hardest times. And you’re one of the younger people. Hang in there, you have great strength within you.

54. You’re Jewish. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

55. I’ve never met you IRL, and I don’t know you that well online either, but you seem like a very nice person.

56. You’re an amazing person.

57. Never let the system or people’s ignorance get you down. And I really wish I could have met you this summer, as well.

58. You totally live up to your lj name. Go you!

59. I’m glad you stayed Reform and observant at the same time. I was never able to do that. But you’re happy where you are religiously and I think that’s awesome.

60. I haven’t been your lj friend for long, but your posts are interesting.

61. You truly are an aishes chayil

62.You’re amazing at what you do.

63. I’ll be in Maryland this weekend. Are you back at school yet?

64.Looking back, the quickest way to Nachlaot from Baka is not the way I came, but oh well.

And while I'm at it, a shiny meme:

Get your own spectral analysis from Area 23®

That's it. Aren't you glad I had all this free time to devote to LJ?

I have no clue which one I am, but I have my guesses.

I'm probably the one at the crossroads, but I wish I was the one saving the world

7, 16, 20, 33, 37, 38 (though that may be perseus_remus)...and maybe a couple of others. Clearly, I'm an incredibly non-descript person.

I only did people who are mutual friends. I'm not on [livejournal.com profile] perseus_remus's friends list, so he didn't get one. Not that that narrows it down at all for you. :-p

I could hypothetically be 35, but honestly if that's me, then I need to spend less time LJing about women. So many other interesting things in life!

Alas, alackaday. Truly hard and depressing... the need to go through and look for the vague ones.

[livejournal.com profile] taylweaver and I might be interchangeable on this, I 'spect most of my choices could apply for her, or just about any other person you only actually met the once.

31. Another person who I am glad to have met this summer. I wish we could have hung out more than just that one time. But my guess is that we’ll cross paths again.

Professional and Jewish hazard. Hope so.

32.I’ve only met you briefly IRL, but you’re really amusing.

Hmm, well, maybe not actually. Sense of humour... hmmm. Probably not.

44. Another person who I don’t know so well but think are really nice…

See 32, above and adjust as necessary. It would imply not knowing me as well as thought, and would be amusing.

47. Even though technically we’ve only met once, I feel like I know you a lot better than that. Which I think is a good thing.

Shiny! But really, don't know which of the bunch. No fair not telling :-p

I am so #1. I prefer the term "rescuer of damsels in distress" to "savior" though. I don't want your sins. :)

I'd guess, but there are a few too many which are vague enough that I really can't tell. Any hints?
