My 5-7 page D&D paper is back down to 10 pages. It was at 12 earlier. I'm not nearly finished. Luckily, I have all of tomorrow.

Also, can anyone help me think of a witty title?

1) What class is this for?
2) What's the premise of the paper?

1. Ritualization
2. The premise is that playing D&D is a ritual that derives appeal in the fact that in this magical realm you can do things impossible in real life (such as be a kick-ass fighter or cast spells that set people on fire, or fly, etc.)

So far I have:

[insert something witty here]:
Dungeons and Dragons as a Realm for Magical Action

How about: Two Orcs Make a Rite?

Oooh. Perhaps. Though I don't talk about orcs much in this paper, since we haven't seen any in our campaign thus far...

Please. Though they're much less common, Two Worgs Make a Rite would be a much better title.

Well, forgive me if I never played DnD, so I'm just casting out names here.

I've actually never encountered or have heard of Worgs, so you're not the only one...

Perhaps they aren't in D&D- it's a reference to The Hobbit- talking wolves, basically.

They are D&D. Tolkien is Wargs.

Two Wraiths Make a Rite?

Les rites des Dungeons?
Les rites des Passages?

I highly recommend the translation of RoP.

Les rites des Passages:?

Oh... I especially love the translator (Vizedom/Caffee)'s footnote at the end of Chapter 3.

hmm...

Of Dice and Dungeons:?

A Party of Players:?

and of course, you'll fill in the appropriate subtitles.
