Why won't the sun come out already?

theyellowhobbitToday it rained. A lot. I was in the rain for a bit, waiting for the bus. I was late to minyan but luckily someone else was later and thus I wasn't the last person there to make the minyan. But even after minyan, when the rain had mostly subsided, it was still grey out. (Definitely "grey" with an "e" and not an "a").
I did a lot of photocopying. I think I spent $15.00 on photocopying. There was just so much that had to be photocopied. At least the photocopying makes me feel productive and now I can avoid reading these photocopies until tomorrow.
After the photocopying I decided to check out the yarn store on campus. They had some really nice stuff including baby llama yarn! So now I'm making myself a baby llama scarf. And the yarn is kinda bulky so it should be a quick knit (but in order to start I need to finish at least 2 projects. This is my rule so I finish things. And some of these things are even for me!)
I got home and spent too much time online. Then I studied for the 5-minute German vocab quiz. (It took me 2 minutes tops. Most of it was remembering this one word, "aber" which means "but" [like "however"].) I now have to look over my notes and worksheets for the 15-minute quiz. I decided after finishing the 5 minute quiz that I deserved a Buffy break. Besides, I have to catch up on the episodes that I missed and the episodes that we are skipping. I watched 2, and I have 2 more to go. But before I get to watch those I need to do the other German quiz. I get to use a (single) dictionary for it so it shouldn't be a big deal. But I need to finish it tonight so I can send it to my prof. I can't believe she's letting me take this on the honors system. That's why I want to study- so I don't have any desire to cheat. (So glad the cheat is not dead!) The first quiz was simple enough. I probably didn't need to spend 45 minutes studying for it. But it was good because now I have a bunch of words memorized.
I also should do some reading so I can catch up. But I pretty much have the same due date for the reading as I do for the Buffying- Tuesday night/Wednesday. If I get my reading done by the time I go out to Buffy at 9:30 pm then I'm all set. And the historiography stuff can be postponed even longer, since I have a break in between classes. Though I have to visit teachers and such.
