Update on the back

I'm an idiot. A while ago a got (for free) one of those massage thingys that attaches to your chair. It arrived while I was in Israel, and I kind of forgot about it. Then I brought it with me to Cambridge and forgot about it again. And then last night I remembered that I had it. So now it's set up on my chair. We'll see how well this works, but I'm sure it will be better than nothing. And it's free. Free things rock.
