yeah, that's what i say ALL the time. especially when they don't bring me on digs, and then decide to be anthropologists instead so they'll never bring me on digs. damn it, archeologists!
i was refering to another friend of mine who was going to be an archeologist and then changed their mind. just like my friend the geologist/paleontologist who then decided to be an earth science teacher instead of taking me to dig up dinosaurs. :-(
Maybe you should befriend someone who already is a certified archaeologist or geologist or paleontologist, and that way they can't disappoint you. If I ever get my own dig, you're welcome to be a slave laborer volunteer on it. :-)
