Rachel's Building is Not on Fire

The fire alarm in my building went off. I started to gather my stuff ("stuff" being my laptop and camera) and heading out, and then the alarm stopped. So I went into the hall to see if I could figure out what happened. It was either a false alarm or a small fire that was quickly contained. The world may never know.

At least it wasn't my doing.

I put a piece of mattzo in the oven to warm up. Of course, I meant to put it in for only a few seconds, but I forgot about it. I managed to save about 35% of it, but the rest incinerated itself. The smoke alarm set itself off, but fortunately, I managed to first inform my roommate that this would happen.
