Today is a new day. Now that I'm not dead from YK fasting anymore, I think I can put in a good day of thesising. (I know, I know, [livejournal.com profile] maric23. I still haven't gotten around to watching Buffy yet, despite the fact that my Wednesdays are almost completely free. Things have always come up on Wednesdays.) I at least did almost an hour yesterday. I still have a billion things on my to-do list that are not thesis-related. Or not anthro thesis-related. Maybe I'll e-mail Dr. Stern now, then get ready, then make breakfast, and then leave the apartment for the day. I can get that all done by 9:30. Which would then leave 3 hours in the museum before lunch...

The list:

Thesisize
Write Dr. Stern
Get knitting needles and mail them to G.M. in Ireland (She figured out a way to fix the knitting problem w/o the needles so I'm absolved of that.)
Call Citizen's
Write up interview questions for my Communities project
Interview the people for my Communities project (at least 8 total) (2/8 done, many thanks [livejournal.com profile] boroparkpyro and [livejournal.com profile] lopaanre!)
Visit JWST and NELC offices to see what became of my scholarships
Write Aren Maeir
Research stuff for the Wikipedia entry my Communities class is writing
Call Student Health.
Study for GREs
Finish the kippah~~I got half a row done earlier this afternoon.
Go to the gym
Figure out sukkot I'm going to NE Philly with JM!
Start working on grad school stuff
Laundry
Write Ben about progress or lack thereof
Renew library books

I'm sure there's more I can add to the list, but this way I can at least cross things off and feel productive.

Again. No IM until I make a good dent in this list. Which will hopefully be before my mashing shift at 4. Otherwise, I guess I'll have 2.25 hours to work on the kippah.

Edit: The list gets bigger and bigger (not unlike my bag of laundry) even if I do get some things done. I just helped out with building the sukkah, which ate a good 45 minutes of my time. And I want to go on IM. Bad Rachel. Get back to work. Do not check your friends page. Do not pass Go. Do not collect 200 dollars.

Edit2: Ok. 8ish out of 16 done. That's not too bad for one day, though I wish I had accomplished more. Maybe I'll head over to the gym now, and then e-mail Aren before I go to sleep, so he can get it tomorrow morning (which will still be tonight for me, since Israel has the 7 hour time difference.) It's too late at night to be thinking of laundry beyond sorting it for future washing. I have a 9am class and am not going to stay up till 1 am doing laundry. That's just stupidity.

So to gym or not to gym. I probably should, since I haven't gone in a week. And it'll make me feel better. And at some point I should have dinner.

Edit3: Went to gym. I feel so much better. And I'm meeting with Stern next Monday. Huzzah!

Edit4: Sukkot'd. 9 things done, 6 to go. All in all not bad for one day.
