The article was in newsweek in 1986. This week the published a new article, saying how the study ended up being very wrong:

And I don't think the terrorist line was meant to be taken literally, but it went down in journalistic infamy.
Anyways, today's:
"Guys are intimidated by anything more intelligent than they are; why do you think so many are afraid of bugs?"
I'll give you a hint that it's ungoogleable, and was said by someone on mg f-list. But if you just guess all 71 people on my f-list, that doesn't really work. And obviously one of you can't guess at all, but I'll give you some sort of bonus point for being so witty.
