Thanks for the advice everyone!

My parents came home last night at 6:30ish, bearing all sorts of food. I drank some rehydrating sports drink (which was a lot easier to keep down than water) and ate some bread and a banana. And thus this morning I woke up in a lot less pain.

My stomach still hurt a bit from having nothing in it, but my breakfast (basically dinner again) is helping me feel better.

Of course, now I have work today. And I can't have my normal lunch this week, since I can't have meat, and my normal lunch was deli-roll. I think that since I get out so early, I could just have something to hold me over and have dinner as soon as I get home.

I'm glad I don't need to take a sick day in my second week of work...
