grades again
May. 18th, 2006 04:32 pmI got an A- in Hellerstein's class. So now I'm officially done with my general requirements. And Jewish studies beyond the thesis of doom.
At Brown they don't talk about grades when in a social context, apparently.
I biked downtown today, and with the trip back, I think I did around 90 blocks!
I got a clear spacer for the nose-ring, my necklace is in the process of being fixed, and I got myself chocolate, and perhaps I could get a part-time job at Godiva next year. There's this woman named Yael who works there and remembered me from 3 months ago when I used to frequent the store a lot. I was an insane chocoholic. My belief is that no one buys single people flowers or candy, and there's no reason why I deserve them any less than anyone who has a boyfriend or is married, (Perhaps I deserve them even more) so I might as well indulge myself. I'm sure if I had a boyfriend I would occasionally be giving him nice things if he were the type to get me chocolate and flowers, so it's money that would be spent anyways. Does anyone want to find me a boyfriend who will give me chocolate?
So now I'm going to CVS and then home. Whee!
