feeling like an idiot, take 2

So I was feeling a bit down this morning and couldn't sit through davening, so after the shmoneh esrei I took a book from the beit midrash and went downstairs into a comfy chair and read.

Of course, I remembered on my way back that today was Monday, and I give the d'var halacha on Mondays.

I had completely forgotten.
