Yesterday, I did something very stupid, which was to go to Tel-Aviv, walk around for 4 hours, and only drink a .5 litre Fanta sometime during the 3rd or 4th hour of walking. It doesn't end there. Top that off with me walking home from the Central Bus Station (2 hours, since I took a lot of breaks) in Jerusalem and not getting water for at least a half hour. Was the 20 shekels (about 4.50) I saved really worth it?

I was tired when I got back, so I took a nap at 6. When I woke up around 8 I made myself dinner, the first meal I had all day unless you count a scoop of ice cream I bought at the open market. (And at the market, which took me forever to find, they didn't have what I wanted, which was a replacement pair of earrings for teh ones I had lost at a Stagemaster's rehearsal 2 years ago. Nothing even close! But it was the right market. The guy was just gone. At least I got something else that was pretty.)

I was still tired after that, and I went to bed at 10, even though I had wanted to stay up until 12. I even drank a litre of water to make up for all my dehydration, but it had little effect.

This morning I woke up at 6, and Carina convinced me to go back to sleep. I woke up again at 10, and stayed up, though at 2 I took a nap. I've been drinking water all day, and I still feel sick. I haven't even left the apartment, except to recycle some bottles that were lying around.

The only good things to come out of this are that I'm not missing classes because there are none this week, and with all this sickness and tiredness I haven't felt depressed or panicked today or yesterday, which is good. Maybe in some sick and twisted way this is exactly what I needed.

What the hell is wrong with me?
