I had been planning on going to Celine's [in New York] this afternoon and staying until Thursday morning to see her show on Wednesday night. She called during Hellerstein's class to tell me that she was going to be in rehearsal all day and that I should come tomorrow. Which is fine by me since I do have work... But I only got this off my answering machine, and I couldn't call her back because she doesn't turn off/silence her phone during rehearsal, yet if it rings during rehearsal she'll get in trouble. Thus, every time the phone has rung I keep expecting Celine, only it's not her. It's everybody else in the world who I have[n't] been expecting to call. Maybe I'll give her a different ring so I know when it really is her calling.
