levana_b and masteraleph and groovin_reuven are over. levana_b helped me make biscotti, which are currently cooling after the 1st baking. They need to be cut and then baked again before they're ready for eatingness. They smell good, and everyone is saying "Rachel! Why can't we eat them yet?" Um...because I don't want to cut them while they're burning hot...I need to get more almond paste. It's an ingredient that requires a car to get to, or
groovin_reuven's mom's car. Or in this case groovin_reuven's mom just gave me her almond paste. But I'd like to stock up so I can make biscotti on demand. It's an expensive recipe. Maybe I should sell them to cafe 209.
