um... the inside looks eaten... i kind of read the comments after the deli-rolls were devoured [5 people devoured 4 deli-rolls in the span of a half hour. i brought the last one to the highrise, and announced "deli-roll!" after they were getting out of mincha, causing a stampede]
basically it looks like flatly layed meat upon a thin layer of honey and mustard [or barbeque sauce and mustard].
next time, i'll try and remember to take a picture when i'm in the process of making them.
Hehe, yummy deli roll. Deli roll parties good...we really finished four of them!? Wow, thati's impressive by OUR usual standards. Much nachas from deli roll and all that.
