"Serenity" comes out September 29th in Australia. I should go there, and then there'd be no issues with Shabbat. And I'd get to see it way before anyone else could [like almost 2 days, since Australia is so ahead of the rest of the world.] Anyone know where I can get cheap plane tickets to Australia?

Sorry but a ton of people have seen Serenity including laserbitch - they've been showing sold out previews for months.

I hear it's good (and I watched a lot of Firefly episodes at CONvergence so I'm psyched. I don't think I liked the show as much when it was on.)

I know. My brother was one of them [he didn't even tell me about the showing until it was too late to buy myself a ticket. They were sold out in about 10 minutes of going on sale.]

Well yeah, I got THAT from your post. What I meant is why not see it Friday? Unless your Friday is full of classes or something.
