theyellowhobbitUgh. I spent 2 hours on the phone with dell tech support, getting the laptop fixed. It was in 403 last night. How come my laptop gets to sleep in 403's common room overnight, while I can't take a nap in their comfy recliner on Shabbas afternoon?
Anyways, it's working ok now, though I still have to move all my files. I have an amusing Yosef story that i'll put up when I have more energy.
And now my background is cute cats, because I decided my computer doesn't need to be frum. It's a computer, not a siddur. And the cats are cool. And I miss my cats.
I also got no work done today, since I had to deal with being stuck in hillel all day and having 2 fire alarms and a power outage. I couldn't carry my heavy backpack to the 10th floor so Shlomo, my hero, carried it from the 4th floor up. And I napped. But no work. I have 2 hebrew things to write, plus my teaching jewish texts stuff. Does having to spend 2 hours on the phone with dell count as a god excuse? Ruth can look at my cell phone and see the hours. And Yosef can vouch for me.
