quick post before class

Yesterday my backpack seemed rather heavy. Running around doing a billion errands didn't help. But even without the extra running, the backpack seemed heavier than normal.

This morning I took out some yarn and needles, and my character sheet folder. Still the bag was heavy.

And as I'm getting ready for class, I realized why:

I still have my 2lbs of dice from gaming on Monday. 2lbs!!!!

Now I have to carry them around for the rest of the day but luckily I don't have too far to walk.

Well, actually slightly less than that. I ordered 1lb of dice last year since I needed dice for D&D. I had a set of 7 shiny dice, but that was it. Then I gave d20s to everyone in my campaign and a full set to hKC since he lacked sufficient dice and was DMing. Then I bought a second lb of dice. Then dsKC gave me another set. So I don't know the actual weight, but it is not much less than 2lbs. And I'm considering buying a third!
