Ok, this is getting a bit ridiculous

theyellowhobbitI woke up this morning to a very swollen left eyelid. My eye itself is fine, there's no infection or anything. And there's nothing wrong with the right eye. And I got a good 10 hours of sleep last night to make up for the night before. So I was very curious as to what was wrong with my eye.
I have a tiny, tiny pimple on my left eyelid. That's what's been causing the irritation.
Of course, getting rid of it is not so simple a task. Normally, when exfoliating, one can squeeze the skin around a pimple in order to force out the material that is inside it. It's hard to do that on an eyelid. You have to be gentle and careful. So I did what I could with the help of a mirror and a q-tip, but there's still a little bump there.
And of course my eyelid is still swollen and dark. It looks like someone punched me in the eye. And that's how I'm going to show up to orientation for Div school.
Though I have to give my body credit for being creative. It's both the oddest thing to get a swollen eyelid from and the oddest place to have acne. So double points for creativity.
