on knitting
Jun. 16th, 2007 10:55 pmWith my stupid hand having stupid tendinitis and being in a stupid cast, I am stuck not knitting or crocheting. Which sucks. A lot.
Though I think I've found a solution--spinning!
Of course, I need to wait until I get home, since that's where my roving is.
And that means I really need to start research into what kind of wheel I want for my graduation present. I think the wheel will be easier than the drop spindle, since then I'm not supporting the weight of the spindle while I spin.
Hopefully this isn't something permanent. But I should be more careful. And I like spinning a lot, so this would be a good excuse to focus more on that craft and procrastinate my endless knitting and crochet projects.
