Steg had posted in his blog a map of what the earth would look like if flooded, and I reported that Barrington looked ok.

Of course, that same morning, yesterday, we got tons of rain.

I took pictures. It's pretty!












Of course, trying to get to my mom's car yesterday my feet got soaked!!!

Hey, are you implying that global warming is some form of divine retribution? I don't know if that's right or wrong, but it doesn't seem like your style. :>)

No. First of all, this isn't global warming,this is just plain old rain. I wasn't implying that global warming = divine retribution. More like the earth goes in cycles of temperature, and on the larger scale it's actually cooling, so while I'm sure we're having an impact, it's nothing in the scheme of things, and the climate was much warmer in medieval times...So no divine punishment.

I was more referencing the flood because the rain here seemed pretty bad, and it kind of felt like that.
