A very Penn Shabbat

theyellowhobbitSo I ended up spending the entire shabbat with mainly penn people, because apparently we're cliquey and anti-social. Destiny made a meal in our apartment [hers is too small, I guess] and we had lunch at Dredze's. At one point a bunch of us had sat on the couches, and I realized that all the Penn people were the ones on the couches.
Motzei Shabbas, everyone decided to go to a comedy club. But then Avi [this british dude who goes to princeton] didn't feel so up to it, so we discussed going to/renting a movie. which required a vcr, which dredze had [though he wasn't with us.]
we got to blockbuster, and it turned out that they no longer carry vhs for the most part [like maybe 10 movies in the entire store] so we had to get a dvd, which would require using mark's laptop.
then when we got outside just as the store closed, we decided to go to the comedy club after all. so bryna wanted to drop the dvd off right then, which would have been hilarious, but yosef said he'd watch it today.
so we got to the club. the first guy was decent, but the second guy was really not funny, and pretty offensive. So Daniella, Avi, and I decided to go back, while Yosef and Bryna stayed.
Avi was staying with Yoni Ray and Ivan, but he only had Ivan's number, and he wasn't answering, so we weren't sure if we could get into the apartment. so we decided to try it after walking daniella home, and if we could get in Avi would get the key and then walk me home.
It turns out Yoni Ray was still up, so he let us in, and gave Avi the keys, and then Avi walked me back. I ended up going to be around 3.
